Factors affecting the exercise of a discretion by Planning Authorities. Subdivision. Cancellation, amendment and enforcement of permits. Heritage controls. Planning appeals. Judicial review. Compensation. Possible amendments to planning legislation. |
Assessment | Two written assignments equivalent to not more than 3000 words (50%), and one three-hour examination (50%). |
