Objectives | On completion of this subject students should be able to:

Content | A study of: interpersonal and personal management skills; strategies for building learning group cultures; leadership styles and group processes; individual and cultural differences leading to particular difficulties in learning; models for understanding resistance to learning; an analysis of selected models of learning from different theoretical perspectives. |
Assessment | One essay of 3000 words (40%) and one case study of 4500 words (60%). |
