An introduction to needs assessment; design options; elements of session planning; training/teaching practice; experience-based learning; group facilitation; assessment; session improvement and evaluation; theoretical underpinnings of session design and delivery including communication and questioning strategies.

Assessment

Essays, assignments and/or projects, based on the workplace totalling 4000 words.
