Needs assessments, design options, elements of session planning, training/teaching practice; trainee assessment; session evaluation. Theoretical underpinnings of session planning including communication and questioning strategies.

Assessment

Essays, assignments and/or portfolio of work related to the workplace training role totalling 4000 words.
