Subject Description

An introduction to: the social, psychological and cultural theories of learning; the role of language and communication in learning; strategies for building constructive learning group cultures and for overcoming difficulties experienced by educators and trainers when working with groups and individuals.

Assessment

Essays, assignments and/or portfolio of work related to the workplace training role totalling 4000 words.
