Subject Description

A study of the application of different theoretical perspectives to the practice of human resources management; specific topics will be chosen for detailed consideration in the light of the experience and expertise of students, and set in the context of current government policies.

Assessment

Two essays of 2500 words. A pass in both pieces of assessment will be required.
