Subject Description | A study of the application of different theoretical perspectives to the practice of human resources management; specific topics will be chosen for detailed consideration in the light of the experience and expertise of students, and set in the context of current government policies. |
Assessment | Two essays of 2500 words. A pass in both pieces of assessment will be required. |
