Subject Description | The Arts and their interrelationship, in Europe from the late 19th century to 1939. Developments in two of the following: visual arts, music, literature, dance, theatre arts. Historical background and the impact on society, particularly families, and the Arts of such revolutionary thinkers as Marx, Nietzsche and Freud. |
Assessment | Written assignments totalling up to 4500 words or equivalent. Each piece of work must be completed satisfactorily. |
