Subject Description | The relevance of science to young children; selected aspects of biological and physical science that are relevant to early childhood educators, with integration of environmental concepts; identification of appropriate activities and materials to promote science learning in early childhood. Research skill development: where appropriate, students will identify a research question and design a simple project to answer that question. |
Assessment | Assignment(s) totalling 2000 words, and a 2-hour written examination. |
