Two 1-hour lectures and one 1-hour tutorial per week

Subject Description

Identification of the distinct problems of marketing services, the classification of service products, managing service quality, the importance of internal marketing, the revised marketing mix for services, the contribution of organizational resources to service delivery processes. The marketing of professional services and managing service relationships will be given particular attention.

Assessment

A 2-hour end-of-semester examination (60%) and one class assignment totalling 2500 words (40%).
