Subject Description | The fundamentals of strategic marketing analysis, including industry analysis, strategy development and management, product portfolio analysis, competitor evaluation, organisational analysis and market analysis. The organisational control problems in strategy management are also introduced. |
Assessment | A 2-hour end-of-semester examination (60%) and one class assignment totalling 2500 words (40%). |
