Subject Description | Cell and general physiology; nerve and muscle; haematology; endocrinology; cardiovascular system; body fluids and kidneys; respiration; gastrointestinal system and immunology. |
Assessment | A 3-hour written examination on the first half of the syllabus (mid-year) and a three hour written examination on the second half of the syllabus (end-of-year). Practical work is assessed throughout the year. Weighting of assessment components will be advised at the beginning of the year. |
