Prerequisites | 1. Entry to fourth-year Honours; 2. Approval from the Head of Department at the beginning of the candidate's Honours year; 3. Completion of 161-221 Introduction to Formal Logic and 161-322 Topics in Formal Logic (or equivalent). |
Contact | Two hours per week for one semester |
Subject Description | Advanced topics in Formal Logic. |
Assessment | One 3-hour end-of-semester examination. Alternative assessment by up to 4000 words may be permitted in consultation with the supervisor. |
Prescribed Texts | References will depend on the recommendation of the supervisor in consultation with the candidate. |
