Subject Description

The student will receive a broad grounding in research methods and materials for Japanese studies, particularly in the Humanities and Social Sciences. The student will also prepare a research design and annotated bibliography as a preparation for undertaking honours level studies.

Assessment

Written work of 5,000 words. Students are required to attend a minimum of 70 percent of all classes in order to be eligible to submit the assessed work.
