Subject Description

The format is similar to Japanese 3A, but will deal with longer, more complex texts. A further 100 characters will be introduced.

Assessment

Assignments and quizzes totalling not more than 3,500 words (1st year level) or 2,500 words (2nd/3rd year levels) in written work; one 2-hour written examination; one oral/aural perception test (maximum 30 minutes). Students are required to attend a minimum of 70% of all classes in order to be eligible to take the examinations.
