Subject Description | The theoretical content of the course will be developed through a study of the following historical cases: Galileo, pendulums and the development of modern time; Boyle, Hobbes and the air-pump; Warburg, Krebs and in vitro and manometric techniques; Glaser and the bubble chamber. |
Assessment | Two class tests and an essay totalling 5000 words. |
