Subject Description | Intensive practice in advanced translation (from and into Italian) and advanced Italian composition. Students will be exposed to, and will work through, a number of different styles and registers. An in-depth study of a work of contemporary literature for the purpose of extending vocabulary and practising Italian conversation. |
Assessment | One 1,000-word composition in Italian; an oral test; not more than three hours of written tests; continuous assessment. |
