The Bachelor of Training and Development is a three year full-time or equivalent part-time undergraduate degree course designed for students who normally are employed in the field of training and development. The course has been designed to prepare graduates who are competent in fulfilling the diverse and increasingly complex roles expected of training and development professionals in organisations.
This course is being phased out over the next few years. The last intake into the course was in 1995. All currently enrolled students will be able to complete the requirements of the Bachelor of Training and Development if normal academic progress is maintained.
A limited number of subjects from this course are available again in 1998. Please refer to the 1995 and 1996 Handbooks for subject details.
Please contact the Faculty Office, at the Hawthorn campus, telephone (03) 9810 3320 for further information.
