Subject Description:

The objectives are to provide students with opportunities to develop (i) an understanding of a representative range on substantive areas in psychology, (ii) an ability to read and contribute to research in at least one area of psychology and (iii) some understanding of the practice and ethics of psychology in professional settings. The subject comprises a research project that reflect the interests of members of the department and may include areas such as Cognitive, Biological, Quantitative, Social, Industrial and Applied, Developmental, Clinical, Clinical Neuropsychology and Health Psychology.

Assessment:

Submission of a research report of up to 10,000 words.
