Subject Description:

A study of the concept of insolvency and the formal and informal ways in which individual and corporate insolvency are controlled and regulated by legislation; the subject involves consideration of insolvency from the point of view of the debtor, creditor and insolvency administrator.

Assessment:

Second semester: Research Paper 4000 words (50%) and Final Exam 2 hours (50%) or Final Exam 3 hours (100%). Summer semester: Final Exam 3 hours (100%).
