Four introductory 2-hour lectures followed by a mock trial and appeal

Subject Description:

The subject is concerned with the preparation of a case for trial and appeal and with the use of advocacy skills in the presentation of the case in court.

Assessment:

Based on preparation of trial and appeal brief and presentation of argument to be assessed by presiding judge.
