Subject Description:

Supervised and organised research into some area of legal knowledge or the legal regulation of some activity of legal significance, and the compilation and submission of a written report embodying the results of the research and conclusions to be drawn from it. Students wishing to do a research project should consult the Research Project Rules and Guidelines for Students available from the Office of Research and Graduate Studies in the Law School.

Assessment:

Research Essay 10,000-12,000 words (100%).
