Here we examine issues like equality between women and men, the public/private dichotomy, differences amongst women and epistemological questions. This material is then applied in three thematic ares: Womens access to money; Women, Law and Relationships and Gendered Harms. The aim in these three thematic areas is to break down traditional legal categories and to discover and make connections between the various case studies.
