Subject Description:

The law of wills, including the requirements for making and revocation of wills; the law and procedure relating to obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration, including limited grants and contentious applications; the law relating to the administration of deceased estates; the construction of wills; distribution upon intestacy; claims for family provision.

Assessment:

Final Exam 3 hours (100%).
