Objectives:

Upon completion, students should have obtained a practical understanding which reinforces the theoretical concepts in applied mechanics, comprehend experimental design, have understanding of methods of data acquisition and control of experiments, be familiar with test procedures and have an understanding of the hardware representative of a wide range of mechanical engineering.

Content:

Selected topics from applied mechanics subjects.

Assessment:

Laboratory reports to a maximum of 15,000 words, or equivalent.
