431-333 Laboratory 3.2

431-219 Electrical Engineering Laboratory 2A, 431-220 Electrical Engineering Laboratory 2B.

Corequisite/s:

Approved combination of units from third year Electrical Engineering subjects.

13 x 3-hour laboratory sessions

Objectives:

On completion of this subject students should:

  • have obtained a practical understanding of Electrical Engineering by performing laboratory experiments;

  • be familiar with experimental procedure in the Electrical Engineering Laboratories;

  • have an understanding of electrical engineering hardware.

Content:

Topics from the third year Electrical Engineering course.

Assessment:

Laboratory reports of up to 1200 words each to be submitted for nominated laboratory sessions, or oral reports or both. Attendance and satisfactory performance in at least 75% of laboratory sessions is required to pass this subject.
