Objectives: | On completion of this subject students should be able to:

Content: | An extension of previously introduced concepts to include; sports psychology, philosophical issues in sport and physical activity, exercise physiology, skill acquisition and the role of nutrition in physical activity. | |
Assessment: | Project presentation equivalent to 1500 words (30%); a project equivalent to 2000 words (40%); a class test up to one hour (30%). | |
