Objectives: | On completion of this subject students should be able to:

Content: | An introductory study to the arts strands of dance, drama, music and visual arts. Students will focus on issues of both personal and educational significance as the basis for their arts practice. Emphasis will be placed on developing understanding of the processes in making, composing, performing, analysing and appraising within each of the arts strands. | |
Assessment: | Class tasks, performance and visual arts folio (75%); written report (15%); school-based arts curriculum project (10%). | |
