Objectives: | On completion of this subject students should be able to:

Content: | A study of human behaviour in organisations, as a background for students to analyse behavioural situations from managerial and administrative perspectives. Case studies are used extensively. International theories and research about organisational behaviour are supported by Australian studies. | |
Assessment: | A 2-hour examination (40%); an assignment (30%); an experiential exercise and report (30%). Students must perform satisfactorily in each area of assessment. | |
