Objectives: | On completion of this subject students should be able to:

Content: | Comparison of individual, competitive and collaborative models of learning and the identification of techniques and strategies for promoting effective team work; managing conflict and difference; the influence of leadership and group management on learning; and measures of effective collaborative learning. | |
Assessment: | A paper of 1000 words (30%) and an essay of 2500 words (70%). | |
