Content: | Urban development in Australia in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries emphasising a variety of social aspects; their effect on children and families and their representation in literature. | |
Assessment: | Two 2500-word essays or equivalent (50% each). Each piece of work must be completed satisfactorily. | |
Prescribed Texts: | Booklet of material compiled by Department of Early Childhood Studies to be purchased by students. | |
