Three lectures and two tutorials each week

Content:

A general introduction to language structures and to Vietnamese literature of various styles.

Assessment:

Continuous oral, aural and written exercises (40%); one 1500 word essay in Vietnamese on cultural aspects (20%); end-of-semester written exam (20%); oral/aural exam (20%).
