Content: | This subject is in many ways a continuation of Spanish 1B-2. While emphasising the acquisition of the skills of speaking and listening, it attends to the development of reading and writing skills. The student will be involved in a wide range of language acquisition activities and will be exposed to the Spanish language and Hispanic culture through the written language, radio, video and cinema. | |
Assessment: | End of semester 2-hour written test (30%); written exercises (35%); oral/aural practical work (35% - Aural comprehension & transcription exercises: 15%; reading performance & comprehension: 10%; oral production (class presentation & pronunciation exercises); 10%). | |
