920-106 Spanish 3B-1: Practical Spanish and Spanish and Latin American Culture

Contact:

Four hours a week: two practical language classes and two tutorials. The two practical language classes are offered at the University of Melbourne, subject to minimum enrolments. The two 1-hour seminars are held at La Trobe University

Content:

This subject combines the further development of language skills through a variety of activities with the study of aspects of Spanish and Latin American culture and one literary text.

Assessment:

Two 1000-word essays (30%); class work (50% - includes a 15-minute oral presentation 10%); one 1.5-hour semester test (20%).
