Subject Description: | An examination of the civil rights, obligations and duties which arise through daily interaction as a member of a community. The subject evaluates the role of case and statute law in the development of obligations. | |
Assessment: | Research work 2000 words (50%) and a 2-hour final examination (50%). | |
