196-319 Supervised Professional Practice 1

Subject Description:

This subject requires students to spend 70 days or their equivalent working in a social work agency where social work is practised under the supervision of a qualified and experience social work field educator. On completion of Supervised Professional Practice 1, students will be able to demonstrate developing knowledge and skills of effective social work practice.

Assessment:

Assessment by Examination Board based on two reports written by the field educator in consultation with the student, and a report written by the School's supervised practice supervisor.
