158-344/444 Advanced Reading in Japanese Economic Texts

Subject Description:

This course aims to develop skills in the reading of Japanese language economic and commercial materials emanating from journals, business and government, some of which will be down-loaded from the Internet.

Assessment:

Written assignments totalling not more than 5000 words at third year; not more than 6000 words at fourth year. Students are required to attend a minimum of 70% of all classes in order to be eligible to take the examinations.
