Six hours including one laboratory hour per week

Content:

Various exercises and activities to develop all linguistic skills; study of aspects of French society, popular culture, linguistics, translation and literature.

Assessment:

Continuous assessment in written and oral work (35 %); a 90-minute written language exam (25 %); a 10-minute oral test (10 %); a 1000 word textual studies essay (15 %); a 1000 word essay or equivalent for option studies (15 %).
