Objectives: | Students completing this subject should:

Content: | The subject will familiarise students with accessing and acquiring information from the various types of resources available on computers, both local and international, that are attached to the Internet. It will also included advanced techniques for the manipulation and display of data using common application software and basic techniques using special purpose qualitative research software. | |
Assessment: | Two computer-based research projects (1005) totalling not more than 5000 words. | |
