Content:

The subject continues the financial management of the construction process, including advanced cost management techniques, professional practice of the quantity surveyor, tax depreciation, value management, fire insurance valuations, and building procurement.

Assessment:

One two-hour examination (40%). Tutorial exercises and staged assignments equivalent to not more than 5000 words (60%).
