Two hours of lectures and up to three hours of tutorials and seminars a week

Subject Description:

The subject continues examination of financial management of building process, including cost planning and cost budgeting. Detailed understanding of the Australian Standard Method of Measurement, including measurement techniques for building works, engineering services, and civil engineering.

Assessment:

One three-hour examination (40%). Tutorial exercises and staged assignments equivalent to not more than 5000 words (60%).
