702-346 Management of Building Contracts

Subject Description:

A study of building contracts including the methods available for the construction of buildings; the processes for managing cost, time and quality; buildability options and how they influence building design; building contract types and the roles of the parties and recognition and allocation of risks inherent in the tendering stage through to the expiration of the building contract.

Assessment:

Assignments (e.g. exercises, essays, and class presentation) equivalent to not more than 7500 words.
