Note: 543-496 and 543-497 must be taken concurrently. To successfully complete the Honours program in Medicine (Austin & Repatriation Medical Centre) students must obtain an overall grade of 65%.
Credit Points: 100 in total
Coordinator: Refer to individual departments.
Prerequisites: Normally students will undertake an Honours program in Marine Science, involving advanced study and a research project, within one of the departments with a focus on marine science. Students should consult the honours entry for the relevant department to determine the precise prerequisites.

Assessment:Assessment will be determined by the department in which the honours program is undertaken. Details are provided in the listings for individual departments.

Note: 597-496 and 597-497 must be taken concurrently. To successfully complete the Honours program in Medical Biology, students must obtain passes of between 65% or better in both 597-496 and 597-497.
(Royal Melbourne & Western Hospitals)
Note: 553-496 and 553-497 must be taken concurrently.
Note: 511-496 and 511-497 must be taken concurrently. To successfully complete the Honours program in Oral Biology students must obtain passes of 65% or better in both 511-496 and 511-497.
Note: 577-496 and 577-497 must be taken concurrently. To successfully complete the Honours program in Otolaryngology, students must obtain passes of 65% in both 577-496 and 577-497.
Note: 571-496 and 571-497 must be taken concurrently. To successfully complete the Honours program in Paediatrics, students must obtain passes of 65% or better in both 571-496 and 571-497.
