615-352 Organisational Analysis and Change

This subject explores the relationship between information systems implementation and organisational change, focusing on managing the change process. Topics may include techniques for organisational assessment and the role of sponsors, targets, change agents, and external parties such as consultants. The subject will be taught with a combination of lectures and tutorials. To allow significant individual and group project work, this subject is taken over a whole year.

Assessment:

End of year written examination of up to three hours; individual projects; group project. The project work is expected to take up to four hours per week. Weighting of the assessment components will be announced at the commencement of the subject.
