Subject 597-496 comprises:
- an original, supervised research project.
Assessment:
Hurdle Requirements
- Submission of a literature review (of between 2500-4,000 words) on the research project in August.
Assessed Items
- A written report (thesis) at the end of the year, not exceeding 10,000 words, including literature review (50% of total Honours mark)
- Literature review (10% of total Honours mark)
- An oral presentation on the research project to be given at the end of the year (10% of total Honours mark)
- An assessment by supervisor of laboratory skills (10% of total Honours mark)
