536-496 Physiology Research Project (60 Points)

Note: Must be taken concurrently with 536-497 Physiology Advanced Coursework (40 Points).

Content:

Subject 536-496 comprises:

• an original, supervised research project.
• A written grant proposal describing the research proposal

Assessment:

Hurdle Requirements:

Submission of satisfactory literature survey

Assessed Items:

• A written report (thesis) at the end of the year, not exceeding 10,000 words (50 % of the total mark for Honours as a whole)
• Supervisors Assessment of students research performance (5% of total mark for Honours)
• Written grant proposal on the research project undertaken (5% of the total mark for Honours)
