Objectives:
At the conclusion of this subject, students should: be able to develop a simple microprocessor based on data acquisition systems; have the confidence and skills to present a research seminar; have completed, under appropriate guidance a research project and written a major report.
Content:
Project work on instrumentation and monitoring, and research on a topic.
Assessment:
Written reports and assignments up to a total of 50 pages and a seminar.
