Objectives:
On completion of this course students will have acquired an understanding of: the responsibility and functions of a project manager; the tasks required to be carried from inception to completion of a project.
Content:
Project management principles, project selection, decision making processes, risk analysis, contractual relationships, organizational structures, personnel management, quality control.
Assessment:
Three written assignments and a seminar.
