Elementary Stream Music subject.

Prerequisite: 740-213 Music B3.
Contact: Depending upon the nature of the electives content, either a 1-hour demonstration/workshop or a 2-hour rehearsal each week.
Timetable: Double semester.
Objectives:
On completion of this subject students should be able to demonstrate an extension of their performance skills by becoming involved in various small performance oriented electives.
Content:
Performance practice and preparation on the development of special skills through participation in one or more of the electives offered. Students may choose to continue the participation commenced in Music A3 or B3, or choose one or more new electives.
Assessment:
Performance participation and performance-related projects as determined by the Lecturer-in-Charge for each ensemble (see the Music Ed Booklet available at the begining of first semester) (100 per cent). Students must complete all performing and project assignments.
