Year 4 Politics.

Prerequisite: Admission to fourth-year Political Science.

Contact: A 2-hour seminar a week.

Objectives:

Students completing fourth-year Honours Politics subjects should:

• demonstrate a specialist understanding of the subject being studied;
• where appropriate, have contributed effectively to the work of the seminar being attended;
• show a capacity for an advanced level of analysis in relation to the issues being studied;
• show an awareness of the latest research directions in the particular subject.

Content:

A study of an approved topic in Politics; details of programs being offered will be available in the Department.

Assessment:

Written work totalling 6,000 words.
