Objectives:
Students who complete this subject should be able to understand and contribute with confidence to conversations which range from daily conversation to more complex topics. Students will have the skills necessary to read longer, more complex texts, and will be able to use appropriate written styles.
Content:
The format is similar to Japanese 2A, but with classes conducted mainly in the target language. A further characters will be covered.
Assessment:
Assignments and quizzes totalling not more than 2,500 words in written work; one 2-hour written examination; one oral/aural perception test (maximum 30 minutes).
